We don’t believe in placing couples into confined inclusions, as everyone’s needs differ. About Hailey

Hailey Matthews is an experienced and passionate event planner based in Las Vegas and the Co-Founder of SPTLGHT Entertainment. With over 1,000 events under her belt — including weddings, corporate events, and large-scale festivals with up to 10,000 attendees — Hailey is known for her attention to detail and ability to bring any vision to life. She has worked in some of Las Vegas's most exclusive venues and has been flown across the U.S. and internationally to plan weddings. What sets Hailey apart is her personal, hands-on approach: from the first meeting to the final dance, she ensures each moment reflects the couple’s unique love story. Her strengths include budget management, vendor coordination, design guidance, and seamless event execution, making her a trusted partner for unforgettable celebrations.

Our Packages

Full Service Wedding Planning + Day-Of Coordination

Experience a stress-free wedding planning journey from start to finish. Our full-service package is designed for couples who prefer a hands-off approach, allowing you to relax and enjoy your engagement while we manage all of the heavy details. You give us your initial vision and we’ll bring it to life.

In our full-service planning & coordination package, you can expect the following inclusions:

Finance Management: We work with you on a budget, then begin taking over finance tracking, payment management, and filing receipts, while staying within your predetermined budget.
Vendor Booking & Communication: Benefit from our venue partners, preferred vendor network, and internal music/media team as we facilitate vendor sourcing. Once all vendors are chosen, we handle all communication, creating an execution plan with the entertainment team to catering staff.
Design & Vision: Collaborate with us to create a stunning design deck that reflects your unique vision for the big day. Once satisfied, we’ll work to bring your vision to life.
Logistics Planning: We handle a detailed timeline and floor plan, ensuring all vendors know what to do, and when, ensuring every aspect of the wedding flows seamlessly on the day of.
Comprehensive Task Management: We manage all wedding-related to-dos, ensuring nothing is overlooked, providing the couple with important progress updates, until all is complete.
Wedding Website Creation: Craft a personalized wedding website that shares your love story, event details, and updates with your guests.
RSVP Administration: Simplify guest management with our RSVP tracking, ensuring all of your most loved friends and family set all of their plans and make it to your big day.
Wedding Week Activity Planning: Have any week-of activities leading up to the big day? Allow us to assist with any welcome parties, rehearsal dinners, and more.
On-Site Day-of Coordination: Enjoy peace of mind on your wedding day with our dedicated day-of team. We’ll receive all vendors, make sure everyone is in place, and executes their role, while you get ready, look beautiful and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Partial Planning + Day-Of Coordination

In the Partial Planning option, you can expect the following inclusions:

Vendor Booking & Communication: We act as your liaison, facilitating the sourcing and reservation of any additional vendors you need such as photographers, DJs and or entertainment,, bartenders, and more. While the couple will sign contracts and be responsible for timely payments, we manage all other vendor communication and details leading up to your big day.
Customized Day-of Timeline & Floorplan: We will develop a detailed timeline for your wedding day and create a floorplan diagram to ensure everything flows seamlessly according to your vision.
Wedding Rehearsal Oversight: Our team will manage your rehearsal, making sure every detail is perfect. We can also coordinate any post-rehearsal activities or dinners for your group to enhance your celebration.
Personal Decor Setup: Our team will style and arrange your personal decor, adding those special touches with items like card boxes, photos, and memory tables that reflect your unique personality.
On-Site Day-of Coordination: Enjoy peace of mind on your wedding day with our dedicated day-of team. We’ll receive all vendors, make sure everyone is in place, and executes their role, while you get ready, look beautiful and spend quality time with your loved ones.

Day-Of Coordination

Our Day-Of Coordination package is perfect for couples who’ve handled all their planning but need expert support on the big day. With vendors booked, RSVPs in, and a timeline in place, we step in to manage on-site logistics, become the point of contact for all vendors, and troubleshoot as needed—so you can relax, enjoy, and soak in every moment. The final month can be hectic; let us take the reins and ensure your vision comes to life seamlessly. Day-Of Coordination services begin 30 days prior to the wedding.

No matter what you’ve chosen, all wedding planning packages will include the following:

Vendor Communication: Apx. 30 days out, we take the reins on all vendor interactions from arrival plans to final departures, and everything in between.
Timeline Management: We take your high-level outline of the day and turn it into a well-crafted and detailed timeline that works for all key players and vendors. Our focus on the day of is making sure everything stays on schedule. Our experienced team can make real-time adjustments as necessary and communicate with all vendors on your behalf, so everything looks and runs smoothly.
Execution Planning: Your vision deserves meticulous execution. We transform your ideas into a well-organized plan that includes both pre and post-logistics timelines. We consult with your vendors to address any unexpected challenges that may arise on-site.
On-Site Event Setup: Our team assists with the setup of your venue, placing all of your personal decor or DIY items such as card boxes, guest favors, welcome signage and more, to match your vision. We also work with any third-party decor services, such as a floral and uplighting, that you hire to ensure they are welcomed upon arrival and complete their contracted duties before guests arrive.
Day-of Assistance: Think of us as your personal support team on the big day. We help navigate any nuances that may pop up, providing assistance to your wedding party and family, so everyone can relax and truly enjoy the celebration.
Party Management: We take charge of party dynamics, ensuring a fun and safe environment for all guests. Whether it’s managing intoxicated guests, coordinating medical assistance, or handling unexpected wedding crashers, we are prepared to keep the festivities enjoyable.
Post-Party Tear Down: After the last dance, we ensure a smooth transition as the celebration winds down. We oversee the pick-up and packing of all vendor items/rentals, handle any remaining tear-down, and safeguard any special keepsakes you've requested. Our goal is to leave the venue as close as it was upon arrival, allowing you to savor the start of your new life together right away, soaking in your goodbyes with your friends and family, or not having to miss any of your after-party.
